Please keep in mind that any request you submit through this form may take longer than normal to complete.

Content Changes

What constitutes a content change?

A content change is a change to an existing page or document on the website. If you are looking to add a NEW page to the site or new features to the page, please choose the appropriate option above.

IMPORTANT NOTE: At the moment, we are prioritizing requests to update inaccurate information and minor content changes. Extensive changes to a page should be done in conjunction with Communications & Marketing and must be requested by the director or dean of the department/program/service.

Be as specific as possible. For extensive content changes, feel free to attach a word document.
If you have extensive content changes, please attach a word document with those changes.

New Page

All new page requests must be approved by your dean or director of your department as well as the Executive Team. Before making a request for a new page, please be sure that the content you are looking to represent on the new page, is not already presented on another page on the site.

Expected Turnaround Time: All new page requests, once approved, can take at least 2-3 weeks (more time is needed for pages that present an entirely new product or service).

Who is the primary audience for the page? (We understand there may be other audiences, but there can only be one primary audience).*
